A graduate of Richmond Community High School, Reese has consistently demonstrated what it means to lead with excellence. This fall, she will begin an exciting new chapter at North Carolina A&T State University, where she plans to pursue a degree in Animal Science. Her academic ambitions, combined with her unwavering dedication to serving others, reflect the very values our organization seeks to champion.

Throughout her high school career, Reese distinguished herself in one of the region’s most rigorous academic environments. She embraced challenging coursework, including dual-enrollment opportunities, while maintaining high academic standards and inspiring those around her to do the same. Her teachers describe her as disciplined, determined, and someone who leads not by words alone, but through consistent action and personal accountability. Whether collaborating on classroom projects or motivating classmates during school-wide activities, Reese earned a reputation as someone others naturally look to for guidance.

Leadership has also defined Reese’s experience outside the classroom. As captain of her varsity volleyball team, she demonstrated remarkable resilience and selflessness. Even while recovering from an injury, she remained fully committed to her teammates—attending practices, encouraging others, and finding meaningful ways to contribute. Her ability to put the success of the team above herself exemplifies the character that cannot be measured by statistics or trophies alone.

Equally inspiring is Reese’s heart for service. She has dedicated countless hours to volunteering in elementary school classrooms, mentoring and supporting young students with patience, enthusiasm, and compassion.
