Professional Development Program

☑️LIFT to Rise is Lifting Minorities’ professional development initiative designed to help students and early-career professionals build the skills, confidence, and networks needed to succeed in the workplace.

☑️The program is open to high school juniors and seniors, college students, and early-career professionals. Some workshops may also be open to educators, parents, or mentors.

☑️Participants gain practical skills in areas such as: Resume and cover letter writing Interview preparation and mock interviews Professional networking and personal branding Public speaking and presentation skills Workplace etiquette and communication Time management and productivity Career exploration and goal setting Leadership and teamwork development

☑️The program is offered through a combination of in-person workshops, virtual webinars, panel discussions, and one-on-one coaching sessions with mentors and industry professionals.
